Last updated: October 11, 2026
Wynn Law P.C. ("Wynn Law," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, phone, email, scheduling, and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you call us, fill out a form, book a consultation, email us, or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and information about your legal matter, such as court, case number, charges, or deadlines.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our website and advertising providers may collect information such as your browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and your general location. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
check for conflicts of interest and evaluate whether we can represent you
communicate with you about your matter, including appointment reminders and follow-ups by phone, email, or text message
send invoices and process payments
operate, maintain, and improve our website and advertising
meet our legal and professional obligations
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our practice, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include providers of practice management and text messaging (MyCase and its messaging partner Twilio), scheduling (Calendly), phone and texting (Quo), website hosting and analytics (Squarespace), online advertising and analytics (Google), email (Microsoft), workflow automation (Zapier), our telephone answering service, and payment processing.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or the rules governing lawyers, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Text messaging and mobile information
We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that deliver our text messages. All other sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third party.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See the Text Messaging Terms in our Terms of Use for details.
6. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship
Calling, emailing, texting, or submitting a form does not by itself make you our client. We treat information from prospective clients with care and as our professional obligations require. Until we confirm that we have no conflict of interest, please share only the basic facts we need to evaluate your matter.
7. Cookies and your choices
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the website may not work as intended if you do. You can adjust Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com. To stop emails from us, reply to any email and ask to be removed, or contact us.
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and as required by law and the rules governing client files.
